We offer personal service and support to each of our branch loan agents. We are currently licensed in over 30 states and recently launched a reverse mortgage initiative making us a leader in that emerging mortgage market. Our One-Fee program is a favorite among our loan officers because it lessens the confusion about closing costs with their borrowers. This creates loyalty among our clients. HLC also utilizes the latest paperless technology solutions so we can effectively manage our loan cycle from start to finish. This means less mandatory steps in the loan process resulting in an easier transaction for the loan officer.
